WorkCraft ("we", "us") provides behavioral execution software. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We collect the minimum we need to operate the product, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, and (optionally) the use case you choose at signup.
• Behavioral signals: task captures, micro-actions, focus sessions, skips, returns. Used only to improve your personal experience.
• Device data: basic information (OS, app version, language) needed to deliver the product.
• Aggregate analytics: anonymized usage patterns. No third-party ad networks.

How we use it

We use the data to operate WorkCraft — to deliver micro-actions tailored to you, to adapt the focus engine to your energy patterns, and to send you product updates if you opted in. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data with third parties.

Your rights

You can export or permanently delete your data at any time from inside the app, or by writing to us at privacy@workcraft.app. Requests are honored within 30 days.

Children

WorkCraft is not intended for users under 16. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it.
